By virtue of the poster ” paying ” to post a property, ” signing the Self represented contract “, gives authorization for the broker to ” post “it to The Toronto Regional Real Estate Board ( TRREB ) which in turn posts it to all real estate websites that have and are authorized by the Toronto Regional Real Estate board to advertise listed properties .
The poster acknowledges the terms and conditions within the Self Represented Contract.
There will be no refunds issued once the property is posted onto Realtor.ca or TRREB.
Once the property appears live on TRREB and or Realtor.ca the poster agrees to allow realtors and the public to schedule appointments directly.
All parties agree to hold the website and the brokerage harmless. Agents are to confirm fees direct with the landlord or property manager.
The brokerage and or the website has the right to refuse any posting and refunds will be issued.
